It will be spoiler free (no plot info beyond what you read from the back)
But I'm going to share my theories at the end

Still trying to figure out what exactly is happening.

You have Darcy in 1955 in Massachusetts, she is in Fairydale and weird things are happening to her and in the town. She may have found someone who can help her, a man in town (Caleb) but she's not sure who to trust and if she is imagining things or not.
Darcy is also dreaming of Elizabeth in 1789 in Kent. The dreams are so life like and seem so real. There is also a
Man who Elizabeth wants to trust (Amon) but is warned against. Some weird things happen around him too.

I have some theories to some questions. May or may not have spoilers. And I might be completely off base

*Who is Elizabeth and Darcy to each other?
Are they the same person? Past lives and same soul.
Maybe Elizabeth is a relative. Elizabeth's mother knew who Amon was. Is this a generational connection (similar to Anne Rice's Mayfair witches)

*Who are Caleb and Amon?
Are they the same spirit. Is he the devil? Or he there to tempt the innocent Darcy/Elizabeth for their souls. They both use similar names "Darcy darling" and "Lizzie mine" and can both read their thoughts.
Is Amon and Caleb just possessed by a spirit?
Is he a long lost love who follows her spirit, are they soul mates
Is Mr Meows also Caleb/Amon or a spirit protector

*What is happening in town?
Someone is killing people who hurt Darcy. Is it Caleb? Is it Darcy? Is it Mr Meows or the old man?
Is it some type of spirit town or Hellscape that Darcy was brought back to, to fix?

*Is Darcy imagining things or are things actually occurring?
I think she wasnt imagining the cabin. I really hope Caleb didnt hurt her. That she fell or something and the blood has an explanation. Or was a past life leaking over? Does it involve her mom?

*Is Darcy a witch?
Yes. But doesn't know it. She has the potions and not getting wet. And her mother was as well.
The town know it. Everyone but Darcy

*Is Caleb good or bad
I really want him to be a good guy (to Darcy). He can be bad to everyone else
